We are proud of the people who work for us at the Cathedral and have a very good level of staff retention, which means we don't often have vacancies. However, we do want to attract the best people to our jobs and take the process of recruitment seriously. We are also keen to ensure that Safeguarding is a top priority and will follow the Diocese of Worcester's Safe Recruitment policy and processes.
Vacancies will be advertised on this page for jobs at Worcester Cathedral and our associated Almshouse St Oswald's Hospital. We commit to advertising all our roles on this page. If there are no current vacancies that match your requirements at this time, please do keep checking.
For each vacancy we will include a Job Description and Person Specification, which details the expectations for each role.
Application Process
Please complete an application form (unless specified otherwise) and equalities monitoring form and return it by the advertised closing date to jobs@worcestercathedral.org.uk, unless otherwise stated in the application pack.
If you do not hear from us within five days of the closing date, we have not been able to shortlist your application.
If you are invited to an interview, we will advise you of the arrangements. Please let us know if you have any additional needs that we should consider.
Thank you for your interest in Worcester Cathedral.
