Enquiry about booking an Education Visit

Please note that we are now fully booked for the academic year 2025/26 and cannot accept any more bookings. If you have a booked trip with us and have any questions, please email schools@worcestercathedral.org.uk and we will get back to you. If you would like to book in a trip for the 2026/27 academic year, please fill in the form below.

The primary contact for the booking
Group Details
An approximate number of students in the group for planning. You will only be invoiced for the number that actually attend on the day.
Approximate number of accompanying staff. Accompanying staff are free.
Are there any special education needs within the group that we need to be aware of. The more information you give us (without names) the better we can plan the visit.
Visit Details
What type of visit are you interested in. This will be confirmed when the booking is confirmed.

What are the learning aims of your visit? Are there any workshops or particular subjects you would like to cover? Is the visit part of a topic at school? Any other information that will be helpful in planning the visit?
Please give us as wide a range of possible days and dates so that we can find a suitable date in the Cathedral Calendar. Feel free to suggest preferred date(s), but we cannot guarantee these as there are many events that take place in the Cathedral.
