Love Letters
Love Letters is an introductory one day calligraphy course just in time for Valentine’s Day! You can choose to write a one or two line poetry quotation ready to frame, or create a calligraphic greeting card for a loved one. This course is suitable for all levels from beginners to more experienced students and those wanting to refresh their skills. No previous artistic or calligraphic experience is necessary.
All materials will be provided in the lovely historic setting of the Undercroft Education Centre of Worcester Cathedral. The course number is limited to twelve students and the cost per student is £45 inclusive of materials.
The course is led by Elizabeth Beattie who is an experienced calligraphy tutor with an Advanced Diploma from CLAS (Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society)a UK based society with wide international membership. She is also a Fine art graduate with a doctorate in Art History and teaching experience at all levels.
